Your Profile page is the central place to manage how you appear in Wrk It and to access account settings. You can update your display name and avatar, change your password, review your badge collection, share progress to social media, send feedback to the team, and sign out — all from one place.

Display name

Your display name is the name other users see on leaderboards and in the global rankings. Choosing a recognizable name makes it easier for others to find and follow your progress.
Pick a display name you’ll want to keep — a name that stands out on leaderboards helps you build a reputation as you climb the rankings.

Open your Profile

Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap your name

Tap your display name (shown beneath your avatar at the top of the page). The Edit Display Name modal opens.

Enter a new name

Type your new display name in the text field. Names can be up to 20 characters. You can also update your linked email address in the same modal.

Save the change

Tap Save. Your new name appears immediately across the app, including on leaderboards.
Display names must be unique. If the name you chose is already taken, you’ll see an error and need to pick a different one.

Avatar

Your avatar appears next to your name on leaderboards and throughout the app. You can choose from 12 built-in character illustrations or upload your own photo. To change your avatar, tap Profile, then tap the pencil icon on your avatar image. The avatar picker opens with two options:
  • Choose a built-in avatar — tap any of the 12 illustrated options to select it instantly.
  • Upload your own photo — tap Upload your own photo (max 2MB) and select an image from your device. Supported formats are standard image files (JPEG, PNG, WebP, etc.). The file must be 2 MB or smaller.
Your new avatar saves automatically as soon as you select or upload it.

Password

To change your password, tap Profile, then tap Change Password. Enter and confirm your new password, then save. Your new password must be at least 6 characters.
Password change is only available if you signed up with email and password. If you use Google sign-in, manage your password through your Google account.

Badges

Your earned badge collection is displayed on the Profile page under the Achievements section. Badges are awarded for reaching milestones like completing habits consistently, hitting XP thresholds, and maintaining long streaks. Tap any earned badge to see its name, tier, and description, including the date you earned it. Unearned badges are shown as locked to give you a preview of what to work toward.

Achievement sharing

You can share your progress to social media directly from the Profile page. Tap Profile and look for the share option in the achievements area to generate a shareable image that shows your stats, level, and recent badges.

Feedback

You can send bug reports, feature requests, or any other thoughts to the Wrk It team from within the app.

Open your Profile

Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap Send Feedback

Scroll down and tap Send Feedback.

Write your message

Type your feedback in the text field. Your message must be at least 5 characters and no longer than 1,000 characters.

Attach a screenshot (optional)

Tap Attach a screenshot to include an image — useful when reporting a visual bug. Images must be 5 MB or smaller.

Submit

Tap Submit Feedback. You’ll see a confirmation once your message is received.

Sign out

To sign out, tap Profile, scroll to the bottom of the page, and tap Logout. You’ll be returned to the sign-in screen.
