Every habit you complete moves you forward in Wrk It’s gamification system. You earn XP, level up, unlock badges, and see your name on leaderboards — all tied directly to the consistency you build each day. The system is designed so that showing up regularly is always more valuable than any single burst of effort.

XP

Each habit you check off earns you 10 XP. XP accumulates across all your packs and never resets. Completing an entire pack in one session awards an additional 10 XP bonus on top of the individual habit rewards. XP has two uses:
  • It determines your level on the global progression ladder.
  • It feeds the global leaderboard, where users are ranked by total XP earned.

Levels

Wrk It has 50 levels. Level thresholds increase exponentially: the gap to the first level is 300 XP, and each subsequent gap is 10% larger than the previous one. Your current level, XP progress, and XP needed for the next level are visible on your profile page and at the top of the My Wrk dashboard.

Badges

Badges are permanent achievements you unlock by hitting specific milestones. There are five tiers, each with its own XP reward when first earned:

Bronze

Entry-level milestones. Rewards 50 XP on first earn.

Silver

Mid-range consistency and ranking goals. Rewards 150 XP.

Gold

Sustained high performance or top rankings. Rewards 300 XP.

Platinum

Elite long-term achievements. Rewards 500 XP.

Legendary

The rarest milestones on the platform. Rewards 1,000 XP.
Badges are organized into five categories:

Streak badges

Awarded for maintaining consecutive-day (or consecutive-period) streaks in any pack. Milestones: 7, 14, 30, 50, 100, 200, and 365 days.

Consistency badges

Awarded for overall completion rates across all your packs. Examples include completing all habits in a pack for the very first time, hitting 90%+ overall completion for 7 consecutive days, or achieving 100% completion for 7, 30, or 90 consecutive days.

Pack ranking badges

Awarded for your position on a per-pack leaderboard. Milestones include reaching the top 10 in a pack with 5+ members (Bronze), top 3 in a pack with 10+ members (Silver), rank #1 in a pack with 20+ members (Gold), and holding #1 for multiple consecutive periods in larger packs (Platinum and Legendary).

Global ranking badges

Awarded for your position on the global leaderboard. Milestones include reaching the top 100 (Bronze), top 10 (Silver), top 3 (Gold), and rank #1 (Legendary). XP milestone badges also live here: 5,000 XP earns a Silver badge, and 25,000 XP earns a Platinum badge.

Creator badges

Awarded for building and growing public packs. Creating your first pack earns a Bronze badge. Reaching 100, or 1,000 members in a single pack unlocks Silver and Platinum badges respectively. Having a pack reach the trending top 10 with 100+ members earns the Legendary Trendsetter badge.

Badge unlock celebrations

When you unlock a badge, a full-screen overlay appears with the badge image, a headline, and a motivational message specific to that badge. The overlay dismisses automatically after a moment.

Leaderboards

Per-pack leaderboard

Every public pack has its own leaderboard that ranks members by XP earned within that pack during the current period. Open a pack’s Wrk Details page and scroll to the leaderboard section to see where you rank among all members of that pack.

Global leaderboard

The global leaderboard aggregates XP across all packs and ranks every user on the platform. You can view it from the My Wrk dashboard. Your current rank, display name, and total XP are shown alongside the top users.

Hall of Fame

The Hall of Fame displays the top 25 users globally by total XP. Reaching the Hall of Fame is one of the highest achievements in Wrk It and counts toward global ranking badges.
