The My Wrk dashboard is where your habit-tracking happens every day. It shows all the packs that are active today, the habits inside each one, and your current streak for each pack. Checking off habits is intentionally simple — one tap per habit — so the friction of tracking never gets in the way of actually building the habit.

The My Wrk dashboard

When you open My Wrk, you see all the packs that are scheduled for today based on their frequency settings. Each pack card shows the pack name, its icon, your current streak, and a list of habits with completion circles next to each one. Packs that are not due today (for example, a weekly pack that already met its target this week) are dimmed so you can stay focused on what is actually due.

Completing habits

1

Open My Wrk

Tap My Wrk in the bottom navigation. Your active packs for today are displayed in a scrollable list.
2

Check off a habit

Tap the circle next to any habit name. The circle fills in and you see a +10 XP popup float upward, confirming the XP was recorded.
3

Complete all habits in a pack

When you check off the last habit in a pack, a completion animation plays. A +10 XP bonus fires for the perfect pack completion. The pack card moves to a “done” state and your streak counter increments.
4

Perfect Day

When you complete every habit across all your active packs for the day, a Perfect Day popup appears with a motivational message and a confetti animation. This marks a fully consistent day in your history.
You can also tap a pack name to open the Wrk Details page, which shows the full habit list and lets you check off habits from there as well.

Streaks

A streak counts how many consecutive periods you have fully completed a pack. What counts as “one period” depends on the pack’s frequency:
  • Daily packs: completing all habits on a given calendar day extends the streak by one. Missing a day resets the streak to zero.
  • Weekly packs: completing the required number of habits (for example, 3 out of 7 days) within the configured week window counts as one period. Missing the target for the week resets the streak.
  • Monthly packs: completing the required count within the calendar month counts as one period.
  • Custom-days packs: the streak tracks completion on each of the selected weekdays.
Your streak for each pack is displayed on the pack card with a flame icon. Your best streak across all packs is shown in your profile and counted toward streak-based badges.

Training mode

Training mode is a focused view designed for completing one pack at a time without distractions. It shows a single pack with its full habit list, a progress percentage, and your current streak. A tab bar at the top lets you switch between all your active packs. To start Training mode, tap the Training option from the My Wrk screen or the bottom navigation. Each pack shows its streak and current completion percentage. Once a pack reaches 80% completion it is marked as done in Training mode, and you can move on to the next pack.

Stats page

The Stats page gives you a historical view of your habit performance. Tap Stats in the bottom navigation to access it.

What you can see on Stats

  • Completion history: a list of your packs with completion data for the selected date range.
  • Calendar heatmap: a calendar view where each day is colored based on how many habits you completed. Darker cells indicate higher completion percentages, making it easy to spot consistent weeks and gaps.
  • Completion percentage: calculated as the number of habits completed divided by the total habits that were due in the period.

Date range filters

Use the filter bar at the top of the Stats page to change the time period you are reviewing:

You can also filter by status — all, completed, pending, or missed — to quickly find which packs need attention.
